Good morning. It’s Friday so we’re listening to something more upbeat. Today we’re listening to Siete Catorce, a Mexican dance music producer and DJ based in Mexico City. He was born in Mexicali and grew up in Oakland, CA, before returning to Mexico around age 14 when his mother was deported.
Don't usually work well with the EDM-type choices but "Cruda", at least, clicks for me, don't know why. It is really sparse and spacious - cavernous, even. Energetic with just the right level of attention drawn to it.
